Ashley found her passion for individuals with developmental disabilities while  working in a residential group home when she was  completing her undergraduate degree in Child Psychology at the University of North Florida. Ashley first had the opportunity to serve children with Autism during a study abroad program in Jamaica. She earned her certification as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2016 and joined Milagre in 2017.
